Christian de Lima Ramos
Working in the structuring of financial, corporate and capital market transactions, Christian is mentioned by the major publications as one of the leaders in Banking and Finance and Agribusiness in Brazil. Christian is a specialist in International Transactions and Finance from New York University (USA), a graduate from the Law School of Universidade de São Paulo – USP, also holding a Master’s Degree in International Law (LLM) from Georgetown University (USA).
Bruno Gutierres
Bruno is in charge of conducting complex legal proceedings, being recognized by the market and having extensive experience in the representation of banks, investment funds, financing parties and large corporations. Graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo – USP, Bruno is a visiting professor in banking and credit recovery and insolvency in postgraduate courses at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Eduardo Salgado Felipe
Mauricio Jun Higashino
Recognized by his business-oriented vision, Mauricio has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate governance and contracts, having worked in relevant domestic and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate reorganization of large groups of companies. Mauricio is a specialist in Contract Law and Administrative Law, a law graduate from Pontíficia Universidade Católica – PUC/SP and was part of the coordination team of the course for Specialization in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Bruna Martinelli
Recognized by her experience in tax consultancy, Bruna conducts complex corporate restructuring operations, tax planning, and administrative and judicial strategic tax litigation. Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Accounting from Trevisan Escola de Negócios, she is a specialist in Constitutional Tax Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – COGEAE. Bruna also attended a Specialisation Program in International Tax Law from IBDT and a Continuing Legal Education Program in US Law from New York University.
Barbara Bianco
Working strategically with credit recovery (including in the agribusiness sector), financial restructuring and managing non-performing loans portfolios (NPL) and Single Names, Barbara is a member of the Turnaround Management Association Brasil (TMA Brasil) and holds an LL.B from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and also in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper São Paulo.
Clarissa Novaes
With extensive experience in commercial, corporate and contract law, Clarissa has advised large companies in various sectors of interest in important national and international mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and planning operations. Clarissa focuses her professional activity in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate, contracts and banking. Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and studied Specialization in Corporate Law at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
José Guilherme Botelho
Member of the Litigation área, he has great experience in complex cases involving credit recovery, debt restructuring and security package, and his work is focused on representing creditors, financial institutions, investment funds and large companies. He is also involved in distressed asset transactions and corporate and contractual disputes.
Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC – SP) and with a master’s degree in Contracts (Insper – SP), José Guilherme also has international experience, having worked as a foreign associate in New York.
Caio Bianchi
With accumulated experience in Tax Law, especially for his work in consulting projects in the context of M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and multidisciplinary projects. Caio adds knowledge in the technology, accounting and innovation sectors, delivering solid, sophisticated and strategic tax solutions to clients. He graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU).
